Please note that ISM QR Codes
are
only
valid at the ISM Hospitality Site, STEM Kitchen + Garden, where our staff will issue you an ISM Wristband after scanning it when you check-in. The ISM QR Code is
not valid
at any spectator gates at the Chase Center. All attendees, including children of any age, are required to possess an ISM QR Code to access ISM Hospitality.
TIP: Using your mobile phone is the only way to put your tickets into your mobile wallet. In depth instructions are listed next!
Mobile Ticket Instructions
You will be receiving your NCAA Tournament ticket as an electronic ticket on your mobile phone through Ticketmaster from your host. Please be sure to bring your mobile phone to ISM Hospitality, as no paper or printed tickets are available. If you do not have a mobile phone, please make sure someone within your group has your NCAA Tournament ticket on their phone. All phones should be fully charged, and we will also have a mobile phone charging station set-up in ISM Hospitality because your phone is your ticket into Chase Center.
In order to access your NCAA Tournament ticket, you will need to have a Ticketmaster account. Once your tickets have been transferred to you, you will receive an email prompting you to sign into your Ticketmaster Account to accept them.

Self-parking will be available at STEM Kitchen + Garden for ISM guests with an official ISM Parking Pass. Guests must bring their ISM Parking Pass to an ISM Representative at STEM Kitchen + Garden. In exchange for your ISM Parking Pass, you will receive a parking voucher for when you leave the Parking Garage.
Drop-Off
Guests may be dropped off at ISM Hospitality as well. Please make sure your destination address is 499 Illinois St, San Francisco, CA 94158 and ask your driver to drop you off at the entrance.

All ISM Parking will be located at ISM Hospitality. A properly dated ISM Parking Pass is required for any and all vehicles to park. Please contact your host to coordinate transportation and parking. Guests can also be dropped off at ISM Hospitality via taxi cab, private car service, ride share (such as Uber or Lyft), etc.
